Come, walk with us

Walking together may not change the world, but maybe it can change us, just a little? Maybe we can talk about our experiences, learn from each other, and even share a few jokes!

We're the Saintly Strollers from Holy Trinity Southchurch and St Mary's North Shoebury. We gather every 2 or 3 months for a short stroll somewhere interesting in the Southend area. Our next stroll is around Wakering Common - just 1½ miles of relaxed ambling, and full of interest and good cheer. The landlady of the Waeccer pub, Great Wakering (SS3 0EF), has kindly agreed for us to park in the pub car park where we'll meet at 10.30 on Tuesday 23rd September. We'll head-off from there for a gentle stroll, returning to the Waeccer about 12.30. We'd love you to join us - young, old, 2 legs or 4.
