Glorious Voices Sing Mozart and Bach
Come along on Sunday 14th June at 5pm and hear the glorious voices of Trinity Consort sing Mozart's Great Mass in C Minor and Bach's Cantata No 29. Roger Humphrey will conduct with Stephen King playing the organ, and the Consort will be joined by 4 professional soloists. The rich and reverberant acoustic of Holy Trinity church will add its own personality to the wonderful music, creating a memorable event. Tickets are £10 on the door, under 18's are free. Come Stroll With Us
Looking at the photo, you may think we're a motley crew, but we're very friendly, honest! Come and try us out by meeting outside Holy Trinity Church at 10.30 on Friday 12th June. We'll be embarking on a 2 mile stroll around the backways of Southchurch. The pace is easy, the chat is relaxed and the ultimate objective is a congratulatory drink in the Old Walnut Tree pub. Two beautiful musical performances to hail spring and summer
Saturday 6th June 10.00am: Spellbound in Spring. The young female voices of Chorus Sirenum return with beautiful music appropriate for the light filled, sunny days of late spring. This 30 minute sequence of words and music will be followed by refreshments. This is a free event but donations to church funds are much appreciated.
